Shipping & Returns

Shipments: The products will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary for countries outside the European Union. Currently due to COVID-19, there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns. Our warehouse staff is in compliance with the Italian legislative decree, and is taking the appropriate and necessary safety measures; therefore, the shipment of your order may take 5-7 days longer.

As usual, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking details that will let you know when the order will be delivered. 

Returns: The withdrawal right can be exercised within 14 working days from the goods delivery.
